We also provide DIY kits for independent crafting sessions or gatherings with friends. So, if you can't make a class, stop in, bring a friend, and have your own self-led DIY experience. The Balance part of our studio focuses on promoting health and well-being. Our dedicated space at the back of the studio offers services such as massage, stretching, injury recovery, group yoga, Pilates, sound therapy, women's bible study, CPR classes, and more.

Paulette Westrup is a Shepherdsville, KY resident. She enjoys all mediums of art. Her classes are wonderfully fun with some learning as well. She enjoys working with all levels of students. Paulette says that it is amazing how we all interpret the same subject in different ways. Each finished art piece is unique and beautiful. (Just as God has made each of us unique and beautiful.)
Sara Cahill is a dedicated yoga instructor at our studio, offering morning classes as well as a variety of other health and wellness sessions. In addition to her expertise in yoga, she is a licensed massage therapist and a certified personal trainer. Sara is driven by a strong desire to assist others and is guided by her faith and love for God. Her classes are a unique blend of gentle stretching and yoga techniques, creating a harmonious balance for all participants. Sara's positivity, willingness to help, and bright presence make her a valuable asset to our community.
Cary Woods is a yoga instructor at our studio, offering morning and evening classes that range from restorative to slow flow to power yoga. She loves sharing yoga with others and focuses on inclusive, creative flows during each practice. Outside the studio, Cary enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, reading, crafting, and being outside.
Angie Estes is a devoted yoga instructor at our studio, as well as a licensed massage therapist and paramedic. With a genuine passion for aiding others, she is known for her attentive and empathetic nature, always ready to lend a caring ear. In addition to teaching yoga, Angie will also offer a variety of health and wellness classes at our studio. Her yoga sessions feature a traditional flow, providing students with a grounding and enriching practice. Angie's multifaceted skills and heartfelt dedication make her a valued member of our team.
Amanda is a licensed massage therapist who finds joy in crafting, especially painting and various creative activities in her spare moments. At Brush and Balance, she provides massage and stretching sessions while also leading classes on business, health, and arts and crafts. Rooted in her faith, Amanda's mission is to spread happiness and love to those around her, offering a sense of warmth and positivity in all her interactions.
