At Brush and Balance, we're passionate about bringing creativity and wellness directly to your community and events. Whether you're looking for fun craft classes, face painting for parties, or relaxing health and wellness services, we've got you covered!

Our Mission

"Our mission at Brush and Balance Studio is to inspire creativity and promote holistic wellness. We strive to provide a welcoming space where individuals can explore their artistic talents through a range of DIY projects while also nurturing their physical and mental health through various wellness services. Rooted in love and faith, we aim to create a supportive environment where individuals can find solace, joy, and rejuvenation, leaving with a heart full of positivity and light."

Meet Our Team \ Instructor's

Paulette Westrup - Artist

Paulette Westrup is a Shepherdsville, KY resident.  She enjoys all mediums of art.  Her classes are wonderfully fun with some learning as well.  She enjoys working with all levels of students.  Paulette says that it is amazing how we all interpret the same subject in different ways.  Each finished art piece is unique and beautiful.  (Just as God has made each of us unique and beautiful.)   

Sara Cahill -Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Personal Trainer

Sara Cahill is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor at our studio, where she specializes in morning classes along with a diverse range of health and wellness sessions. With a rich background as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer, Sara brings a holistic approach to her teachings, ensuring that participants not only enhance their physical abilities but also nurture their overall well-being. 


Guided by her deep faith and love for God, Sara's classes blend gentle stretching with various yoga techniques, creating a harmonious atmosphere that caters to all levels of experience. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and genuine desire to assist others are infectious, fostering a welcoming and uplifting environment for everyone involved. 


With her bright presence and unwavering commitment to the community, Sara Cahill is truly a valuable asset, inspiring individuals to find balance and peace in their wellness journeys.

Cary Woods - Yoga Instructor

Cary Woods is a dedicated yoga instructor at our studio, leading a diverse range of classes from restorative and slow flow to power yoga in both morning and evening sessions. With a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga, she emphasizes inclusive and imaginative flows in her teachings. Outside of the studio, Cary cherishes time with her husband, family, and friends, and enjoys reading, crafting, and exploring the great outdoors.


Angie Estes - Yoga Instructor

Angie Estes is a devoted yoga instructor at our studio, as well as a licensed massage therapist and paramedic. With a genuine passion for aiding others, she is known for her attentive and empathetic nature, always ready to lend a caring ear. In addition to teaching yoga, Angie will also offer a variety of health and wellness classes at our studio. Her yoga sessions feature a traditional flow, providing students with a grounding and enriching practice. Angie's multifaceted skills and heartfelt dedication make her a valued member of our team.

Amanda Mattingly - Massage Therapist - Creative Instructor

Meet Amanda – Licensed Massage Therapist and Creative Instructor


Amanda is a licensed massage therapist who embraces the joy of creativity in every aspect of her life. In her spare moments, she loves crafting, particularly painting and engaging in various artistic activities. At Brush and Balance, Amanda not only provides rejuvenating massage and stretching sessions but also leads enriching classes in business, health, and arts and crafts.


Guided by her strong faith, Amanda's mission is to spread happiness and love to everyone she encounters. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of warmth and positivity in all her interactions, ensuring that each client feels valued and cared for. With a passion for both wellness and creativity, Amanda truly embodies the spirit of Brush and Balance, making every experience uplifting and inspiring.

Britt WIlkerson - Massage Therapist

 A  LMT with a passion for helping others achieve relaxation, relief, and overall wellness. Since graduating from Advanced Massage Therapeutics, I have found a love for being in the classroom. I am committed to ongoing education to ensure my skills and knowledge stay current to best serve those who trust me with their care. My focus is on creating a safe space & providing personalized care to those seeking to manage pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall quality of life. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring the world or enjoying quiet time at home with my furry friends and a good book.
